Northeastern receives NULab grant

Northeastern receives a $500,000 grant from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, directed to the NULab for Texts, Maps, and Networks to develop the Proteus toolset for information retrieval and visualization. NULab collaborates with another university to help digital humanities researchers explore large collections of historical books, newspapers, and other documents.
