Biography
Bryan Gonzales is a service desk analyst at the Khoury College of Computer Sciences at Northeastern University. In 2020, he started his first internship at Northeastern’s ITS HelpDesk. He stayed on as a contractor while pursuing a certification in Information Technology with the YearUp program, which further prepared him for entering the industry. In addition to his work as a service desk analyst, Gonzales is currently studying for certifications that will prepare him for the cybersecurity field.
In his current role, Gonzales enjoys interacting with the Northeastern community and learning new things that allow him to engage in the work he performs. He loves assisting people with their everyday needs and having fun with his colleagues, who are knowledgeable and always have time to teach him new things.
Gonzales has always been interested in how computers work, and they could be used to solve interesting problems. He dreams of working in gaming, having grown up with games that inspired and led him toward a passion for technology.
Gonzales grew up in Peñuelas, Puerto Rico.
