Biography

Daniel Kerrigan is a doctoral student at the Khoury College of Computer Sciences at Northeastern University, advised by Enrico Bertini. His research focuses on data visualization, particularly how visualization can be used to assist the development, evaluation, and use of machine learning models. Additionally, Kerrigan is associated with the Data Visualization group at Northeastern.

Before joining Northeastern in 2021, Kerrigan received his master’s in computer science from New York University and his bachelor’s in computer science from University of Notre Dame. His research has been published in the Multimodal Technologies and Interaction Journal. Kerrigan grew up in Massachusetts and is a Boston sports fan. Outside of research, he also enjoys playing golf and boardgames.
