Biography
Dilruba Showkat is a doctoral student at the Khoury College of Computer Sciences at Northeastern University, advised by Alexandra To. Her doctoral research, which began in 2021 and is expected to run until 2024, focuses on human–computer interaction.
Showkat works as a graduate assistant within Khoury College. She previously worked as a graduate assistant at Oregon State university and as a lecturer at BRAC University in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Her academic background has largely focused on human–computer interaction research and design methods, stochastic algorithms, and front-end development.
