The Center for Inclusive Computing is founded

The Center, funded by a grant from Pivotal Ventures, an investment and incubation company created by tech leader Melinda Gates, supports universities across the U.S. in implementing evidence-based practices to bring more women into computing—meeting a significant economic need while improving social equity and inclusion.
